Continue to review and practice identifying & diagramming indirect and direct objects in sentences.

Wednesday, March 27thDiscuss/correct last night's HW together (parts of speech, including types of nouns and pronouns)Distribute Pronoun packet--students may work in groups of 1-3 to complete pronoun practice. Submit for credit when complete. Distribute OAA Prep Packet to be completed over Spring Break-- students may begin in class.HW:
OAA Prep Packet (5 sections). Each section should take a minimum of 25-30 minutes each. Complete the sections in a quiet location, free from distraction and noise. Beside each question, record a paragraph number and/or a brief explanation to support your chosen answer. Obtain a parent/guardian signature on your Log to confirm proper completion of each section.
Thursday, March 28th Team Day!Team Schedule: Enrichment: Design banners and posters for Pep assembly! 1st Period: Report to your 1st period class to begin movie, "Freedom Writers"2nd Period: Encore class (regular schedule)3rd period: Encore class (regular schedule)4th Period: Report to 4th period class for attendance purposes. 8th graders will go to large gym with Mr. Merhar & Mr. Warders to complete in March Madness (basketball games). 7th graders will remain in Typhoon hallway with Mrs. Berardinelli and Mrs. Tolin to complete in a Cornhole tournament! :) 1st and 2nd place winners will receive a ribbon and prizes. 5th Period: Lunch6th Period: Report back to your 1st period class to continue "Freedom Writers"7th Period: Finish movie, if time, until teams are dismissed for the Pep Assembly. :) Friday, March 29th: First day of Spring Break--enjoy your week! :)
